Director of Engineering

We are seeking a talented Director of Engineering to lead our engineering teams through a major platform modernization initiative. You will sit at the center of TrueCommerce's effort to consolidate 20+ products onto a single unified foundation — TC.Net — while keeping live customers fully uninterrupted. Leading delivery across cross-functional engineering teams, you will own the release train, run scrum at scale, and directly manage a group of senior engineers and team leads. You are equally comfortable reviewing a risky pull request and running a quarterly planning session.
