These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://thetoptechjobs.com and related products operated by TheTopTechJobs("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TheTopTechJobs is a job discovery platform for niche US tech roles. We aggregate listings from third-party sources and employer career sites. We are not your employer, recruiter, or agent. Applying for a job is solely between you and the employer.
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You may not use the Service where prohibited by law.
You sign in with a one-time email link. You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your login. Notify us at hello@thetoptechjobs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may change features, markets, or freshness rules with reasonable notice when changes materially affect paid subscribers.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Current list prices are shown on the Pricing page (for example weekly and monthly Professional options). Prices may change for new purchases; we will not change the price of your current billing period without notice required by law.
By starting checkout, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
Optional weekly digests summarize new listings for a market you choose. By signing up, you agree we may email you at the address provided. Each digest includes an unsubscribe link; you can also manage digests from your account. Do not sign up other people without their permission.
Subscribers may create API keys to connect AI tools to our MCP server. Keys are personal to your account. You must keep keys secret and not resell access. We enforce daily and monthly call limits and may suspend keys that abuse the Service or violate these Terms.

Listings may be delayed, incomplete, or withdrawn by employers without notice. Apply links may redirect to third-party applicant tracking systems. We do not guarantee interview, offer, or compensation outcomes. Your use of employer sites is governed by their terms.
We own the Service branding, design, and software. Job content belongs to respective employers and licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal job search.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TheTopTechJobs AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) US $50.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your local consumer laws require otherwise. Where permitted, you agree that disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.
