TheTopTechJobs is a focused US technology job board operated by Boolean and Bean Pty Ltd, an Australian company based in Victoria, Australia. This page explains what our data proves, what it does not prove, and how we keep public pages useful.
Listings originate from employer recruiting pages and applicant-tracking-system feeds supplied through our data integrations. We normalize titles, employers, locations, workplace type, salary fields, descriptions, and application URLs so they can be searched consistently. The employer remains the source of truth for the opening and controls the application process.
Each market uses role-focused title and exclusion rules. A Product Manager market, for example, is designed to include genuine product-management roles while excluding unrelated project, program, and retail-product titles. Automated matching is tested, but classification can still be imperfect. Users can report a mismatch by emailing us.
Our synchronization process checks upstream data several times per day. A listing is removed from active search when the source marks it inactive. Jobs also age out of the public active directory after ten weeks so old pages do not continue to look current. A job disappearing from this site does not establish why an employer closed it.
Job-page salary figures come from compensation disclosed in the underlying posting. We normalize supported ranges and periods for display but do not invent a salary when the employer did not publish one. Aggregates describe the listings for which usable salary data is available; they are not a complete labor-market survey and may overrepresent jurisdictions with salary-transparency requirements.
H-1B indicators are based on public US Department of Labor Labor Condition Application records associated with an employer. An LCA is evidence of historical filing activity; it is not proof that a particular job offers sponsorship, that a petition was approved, or that an applicant is eligible. Always confirm the current role with the employer and seek qualified immigration advice for your circumstances.
Read the H-1B filing-history directory for the date window, limitations, and current employer-level evidence used on the site.
Insight articles should distinguish observed listing data from opinion, link to primary sources where a claim depends on external evidence, and state material limitations. We do not publish invented surveys or statistics. Articles may contain live modules derived from current job inventory; those modules can change independently of the surrounding editorial text.
If a listing is inaccurate, an employer name is mismatched, or an article needs a correction, email hello@thetoptechjobs.com with the affected URL and supporting detail. For information about account and analytics data, see our Privacy Policy.
