The ideal candidate is a mid-level design leader that meets the "Qualifications" below and has strong technical and coordination experience who is ready to take on increasing responsibility within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary infrastructure environment. The selected individual will support design management efforts during criteria development, preliminary design, final design, and construction support phases. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary engineering and design management team supporting alternative delivery infrastructure projects (e.g., design-build, progressive design-build, alliance, P3). KIE is a cutting-edge division of Kiewit that integrates engineering and construction expertise to improve schedule performance, control costs, and minimize risk. Through Kiewit’s fully integrated design and construction approach, our teams collaborate closely with estimators and builders to deliver innovative, constructible, and safety-focused solutions.
