Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: - BS/BA +12 years of related experience with at least 4 years of experience acting in a leadership or practice-building capacity or demonstrated equivalency of experience/education - PE - Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required Preferred Qualifications: - Extensive experience in substation engineering - A passion for developing people and building strong teams - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Experience managing projects, clients, and technical teams - A commitment to quality, safety, and client success - PE in multiple states Don't meet every qualification?
