This role involves managing a team of engineers, guiding them in the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment specific to Dodge products. The Engineering Manager is responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance evaluation, while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and efficiency. Additionally, this role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams to support production, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: - Oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet organizational goals and industry standards. - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Team Leadership: - Manage and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support in designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and equipment. - Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, encouraging professional growth and development. Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement strategic plans for engineering projects, aligning them with organizational objectives. - Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success and optimal performance.
