What You Will Do: Lead the Rotor Manufacturing Engineering organization responsible for supporting rotor assembly production and manufacturing operations. You'll build and develop a talented engineering team, drive production readiness and continuous improvement initiatives, oversee manufacturing strategies, and ensure the organization consistently delivers world-class safety, quality, performance, and reliability. Working closely with Manufacturing leadership and cross-functional teams, you'll identify risks, improve manufacturing processes, mentor engineers, and help position Centrus for long-term manufacturing success. We’d love to hear from People With: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another related engineering discipline 10+ years of manufacturing experience Experience with composites manufacturing Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles Experience working within manufacturing quality systems such as NQA-1, ISO/TS, or AS9100 Experience using AIAG Core Tools Must possess or have the ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” Clearance A Successful Candidate Brings: Experience with composites design Project management experience Centrifuge manufacturing experience Experience supporting licensed, safety-significant manufacturing systems or components Active Q Clearance or Top Secret (TS) security clearance Pay: Estimated Starting Base Salary Range: $125,081 - $208,469. This position is Bonus eligible. Centrus considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. While the posted range reflects the anticipated hiring range for this position, compensation above the range may be considered for candidates with exceptional qualifications and directly relevant experience.
