Hardware Engineering Manager (GCS-CSO, Philippines: Cebu)

Opportunity Overview - Lead and manage the repair service engineering team to ensure timely and effective repair of electronic products. - Develop and implement repair processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality. - Lead in conducting root cause analysis for quality issues and collaborate with other functional teams to address recurring issues and improve product quality. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all repair activities. - Manage the development of personnel and departmental budget. - Monitor and analyze repair data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. - Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, providing technical support and addressing any service-related concerns. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives and launch innovative projects - Stay updated with the latest technologies and repair techniques in the electronics industry. If you’re ready to join us in this mission, take a closer look at the minimum criteria for the position. - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electronics industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Proven track record of managing engineering teams and projects from concept to production. - Strong understanding of electronic circuits, embedded systems, and hardware development. - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team. - Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. - Experience in performance management, mentoring, and professional development of team members. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with other departments.
