UI/UX Designer

Responsible for end-to-end UX/UI design efforts for mobile and connected device interfaces, from concept to implementation Applies user-centered design principles to define and improve interaction models for both software (mobile, web) and hardware interfaces (HMI) Conducts and synthesizes user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis to inform design strategy Translates research findings and technical constraints into wireframes, prototypes, and final UI specifications Develops and maintains scalable design systems and UI components in Figma. Creates visual assets including icons, illustrations, and screen layouts aligned with iOS and Android platform guidelines Documents interface patterns and interaction behaviors for consistent implementation across platforms, including mobile apps and embedded HMI systems. Collaborates with firmware and hardware teams to align HMI design with overall product experience and usability standards Contributes to accessibility, usability, and localization planning for international product support Participates in cross-functional design reviews and present design rationale to stakeholders Ensures compliance with internal design standards and contributes to process improvements Supports QA and development teams in design handoff and implementation fidelity Will perform additional responsibilities when required.
