Senior Product Manager - Rehire DFF

As a Principal Product Manager in Digital Experience, you will shape the future of our Healthcare Web experience. You will develop a deep understanding of our customers, identify which of their problems and needs we should address, and then design, deliver and scale new solutions that generate impact for both our customers and our business. Required qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree - 10 or more years Experience building customer-facing web and mobile products, both zero-phase and ongoing. - Excellent track record of driving high-impact results. - Track record of effective communication with leaders up to 4 levels above and ability to present options and their inherent trade-offs so that decisions can be made quickly and effectively. - Strong experience delivering solutions that delight customers and stakeholders and deliver on the intended value proposition; similarly, experience with helping stakeholders understand when/why a given solution will not deliver the value/results envisioned. Preferred qualification: - Master's Degree in Business Administration.
