At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. We are looking for a self-driven and passionate Product Manager to drive development of our small-business advertising products, specifically our Boost products across our flagship and campaign manager experiences. This role is expected to deliver member and customer value by enabling the use of advertising products through simple, easy to use experiences that meet the needs of the core JTBDs of a small business. This role requires someone to work closely with other LinkedIn LOBs (e.g. Talent Solutions, Marketing Solutions, Sales Solutions, Consumer Product) and various cross-functional partners (e.g. data science, design, engineering, marketing, BD) to deliver the best end-solution based on different ways small businesses can get value from the LinkedIn platform. This role requires a product thinker with strong UX skills, a deep understanding of outcome-driven marketing, and experience with both design and technical integrations of advertising products into owned and operated experiences as well as 3P partner applications. It is a highly visible and impactful role that spans the entire LinkedIn ecosystem and is crucial for LinkedIn to accomplish its mission. Responsibilities Build user experiences that are valuable, simple and intuitive and seamlessly integrate into LinkedIn’s member and company-focused products and services and 3P products and platforms Partner closely with our LoBs to help enable advertising-based outcomes Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve member and customer challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems and create value for customers Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning Define product metrics, objectives, and key results to help guide and measure the success of initiatives and ramps Basic Qualifications: BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role Preferred Qualifications: Experience in advertising product and technology integrations, specifically focused on serving small-businesses Experience building b2b products with a demonstrated ability to drive product planning, development and launch Experience in UX design and experimentation Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences  Suggested Skills: Product Management Advertising Product Advertising Technology Integrations Consumer Monetization Data Analysis LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $126,000 to $207,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
