Sr. Technical Product Manager - Workflow Automation

The Workflow Automation TPM owns the technology program that connects and streamlines operational workflows across Crane's core business domains — Freight Forwarding, Rating & Pricing, Sales & Marketing, Sustainability, and Ground/Warehousing. The immediate focus of this role is coordinating and implementing workflow automation projects across Freight Forwarding business operations, with the expectation that these patterns extend into other domains over time. Rather than owning a single domain vertically, this role works horizontally to identify where workflow, task-routing, and process logic can be centralized, standardized, and automated on the chosen workflow automation platform.
