Senior Product Manager, Intelligence

The Intelligence Platform turns health data into value — AI-powered recommendations for consumers, dashboards and insights for enterprise clients, and the analytics foundation that powers personalization across everything we do. You'll work alongside a strong AI engineering team to ship intelligent products that users and clients actually pay for. This is a Senior PM role focused on execution and delivery. You'll translate AI and data capabilities into shipped products, not define the AI strategy from scratch. \n You'll be responsible for: - AI-powered recommendations and personalization features - Enterprise client dashboards and reporting products - Data operations — eligibility files, client data pipelines, data quality - Analytics and insights that demonstrate value to clients Why this role is exciting: - AI that ships: you'll work with a capable ML team to build real products, not prototypes - Client impact: enterprise clients will use and pay for what you build - Data products at scale: millions of records, real business decisions - Growing space: health data intelligence is increasingly what differentiates platforms What success looks like in the first year: - Ship AI-powered features that reach production and demonstrate measurable impact - Own and improve enterprise dashboards and reporting products - Streamline data operations to reduce manual work and improve accuracy - Build strong partnerships with AI engineering, client success, and analytics teams - Establish clear metrics for intelligence product value What we're looking for; - 5 + years of product management experienceAt least 2 years working on data products, analytics, or AI/ML features - Experience shipping ML-powered features to production (not just experimentation) - Comfort discussing technical trade-offs with data scientists and ML engineers - Experience with B2B data products — dashboards, reporting, client-facing analytics - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into decisions - Clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders Even better if you have: - Healthcare or healthtech background - Experience with recommendation systems or personalization - Background in enterprise SaaS or client-facing data products - Startup or scale-up experience You'll thrive here if: - You believe AI products should solve real problems, not impress demos - You can bridge the gap between data science and business stakeholders - You're comfortable with ambiguity and imperfect information - You care about shipping, not just strategizing - You want to build data products that clients genuinely value \n Security Notice : Everlywell never requests fees, payment, or banking information at any stage of the recruitment process.
