Product Management Specialist - Aftermarket

Serving two primary markets – passenger vehicle and commercial truck – Dana provides the world's original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Job Purpose The Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of assigned Victor Reinz gasket product portfolios, including specific engine nameplates. This role develops and executes product strategies focused on expanding market coverage, increasing vehicle-in-operation (VIO) penetration, and delivering profitable growth across the aftermarket. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape Victor Reinz’s aftermarket gasket portfolio by owning engine nameplate strategies from analysis through execution. The Product Manager will have meaningful influence on coverage expansion, portfolio performance, and long-term growth within a globally recognized brand.
