Overview Senior Technical Product Manager, Cloud Platform Location: Remote – US Work Model: Remote About the Role The Senior Technical Product Manager, Cloud Platform is responsible for the product strategy and execution of the platform capabilities that power Hyland's cloud operations across both SaaS and hosted environments. This is a technically grounded role that partners closely with engineering leadership to drive outcomes across multi-cloud infrastructure, developer productivity tooling, and platform performance — with measurable impact on operational efficiency, cloud readiness, and developer experience. Here's What You'll Do - Own the product roadmap and features backlog for cloud infrastructure and developer platform capabilities; collaborate across SaaS and hosted teams to ensure alignment and delivery while leading engineering process and methodology - Define and drive the standards and tooling that enable product teams to take ownership of cloud readiness; lead product strategy for the internal developer portal, enabling product teams to self-serve cloud readiness requirements with a roadmap toward external partner and API-facing use cases - Own product strategy for performance testing and tuning capabilities within the SaaS platform; drive multi-cloud infrastructure product decisions in partnership with engineering to ensure scalable, resilient, and operationally efficient platform architecture - Leverage market, customer, and internal insights to identify long-term platform opportunities and influence investment priorities; manage competing priorities across programs, rationalizing trade-offs across business value, technical feasibility, and operational impact - Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering and product leadership, product teams, and cloud operations to gather feedback and drive alignment; ensure launch readiness by coordinating cross-functional teams across all phases of platform delivery - Mentor and coach team members while contributing to product management best practices and overall department growth Technology Tools - Azure - AWS - GCP Role Essentials - 10+ years of experience in technology product management with mastery-level expertise and a strong technical foundation in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or developer tooling - Experience delivering SaaS cloud platforms or cloud infrastructure products at scale; experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) in a product capacity with an understanding of how infrastructure decisions translate into product outcomes - Experience with developer portals or internal platform tooling as a product area; experience driving cross-team alignment across product and engineering organizations - Strong experience with data-driven decision making to support business and product growth; analytic and strategic thinking with solid decision-making skills and the ability to translate complex technical infrastructure concepts into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities - Executive presence with oral and written communication skills across technical and business audiences; proven interpersonal collaboration skills at all levels of the organization What We'd Like to See - Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts including compute, networking, deployment pipelines, and multi-cloud architecture - Familiarity with developer experience tooling, internal developer portals, and platform engineering patterns - Strong ability to influence, motivate, and mobilize engineering teams and business partners without direct authority; ability to engage effectively with VP-level and cross-functional leadership - Demonstrated knowledge of the software development life cycle with adeptness in applied technology within the realm of product management - Passionate, competitive, and intellectually curious with a strong drive to stay current professionally; strong organizational skills including demonstrated prioritization agility in a rapidly changing environment About Hyland Hyland is the pioneer of the Content Innovation Cloud™, delivering ubiquitous enterprise intelligence to organizations with solutions that unlock actionable insights and drive automation. © Hyland.
