We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for you to take your Product Associate career to the next level. Ensure adoption and achievement of business objectives through robust change management activities Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills : - 5+ years applied experience on strategy, product management or transformation initiatives - Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies - Deep understanding of commercial lending products and processes - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to support product decisions - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
