Job Description We are looking for a Product Owner – Reporting & MIS to support a large-scale Google / Five9 Cloud Migration. The ideal candidate will own the Reporting & MIS workstream, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and reliability of operational reporting while transitioning from legacy platforms to the future-state cloud ecosystem. The role will work closely with Servicing, Operations, MIS, Product, Technology, Engineering, Data, Integration, and Analytics teams to define reporting requirements, manage the product backlog, drive data validation and reconciliation, coordinate UAT, and ensure reporting readiness throughout the migration. Responsibilities - Own the Reporting & MIS product backlog, including features, user stories, business/data requirements, acceptance criteria, prioritization, and future-state roadmap. - Assess MIS reports, dashboards, KPIs, metrics, data sources, and processes, identifying items to retain, redesign, consolidate, enhance, or eliminate. - Partner with Servicing, Operations, Product, Technology, Engineering, Data, Integration, and Analytics teams to define requirements and understand Five9/Google data, APIs, feeds, and integrations. - Define source-to-target mappings, reporting logic, business rules, KPI definitions, calculations, dependencies, and reconciliation criteria, ensuring continuity of key operational metrics. - Drive data validation and reconciliation between legacy and future-state reporting, identify data-quality gaps, define variance thresholds, and coordinate resolution. - Lead Reporting & MIS UAT, including test scenarios, test data validation, defect management, business validation, and production sign-off; support migration, cutover, production validation, and hypercare. - Drive reporting rationalization and automation, including eliminating duplicates, standardizing KPIs, automating manual reporting, improving dashboards, and enabling visualization and self-service analytics. - Maintain reporting inventories, requirements, data mappings, process maps, migration trackers, dashboards, presentations, and status reports; track milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and decisions and provide stakeholder updates. - Collaborate across business and technology teams in SAFe/Agile environments, participating in stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog/feature refinement, PI Planning, demos, and retrospectives while ensuring reporting readiness and stakeholder alignment. Qualifications - Experience in Reporting, MIS, BI, Data Analytics, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis, with strong knowledge of operational reporting, KPIs, data validation, and reporting processes. - Experience translating business requirements into features, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria. - Hands-on experience with data validation, reconciliation, source-to-target mapping, UAT, and defect management. - Understanding of data flows, cloud platforms, data repositories, and reporting/visualization layers; experience working with Engineering, Data, Analytics, and Technology teams in Agile environments. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience in management/executive reporting and tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar. - Working knowledge of SQL, data querying, and data analysis. - Knowledge of Google Cloud, Five9, CCaaS/contact center technologies, or cloud-based data environments is a plus. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines. - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience; knowledge of SAFe, Agile, Product Management, or Project Management is a plus. Nice To Have - Experience in MIS/reporting transformation or migration, including report migration, rationalization, data mapping, reconciliation, UAT, and production validation. - Experience with contact center/servicing data, operational KPIs, dashboards, leadership scorecards, and executive MIS. - Knowledge of data governance, data quality, KPI standardization, and reporting controls. - Experience automating manual reporting and implementing scalable, self-service reporting solutions. - Ability to connect technology migration with business reporting, operational decision-making, colleague experience, and customer outcomes.
