Description

About ServiceUp: ServiceUp is reimagining a $200B+ industry with AI-powered orchestration for fleet and insurance vehicle repair. We’re the all-in-one platform bringing modern efficiency to a complex market. We’re trusted by some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated fleets and insurers. Our AI-powered platform automates the entire repair lifecycle, from the moment a vehicle needs service until it’s back on the road. By removing bottlenecks, providing real-time visibility, and streamlining decisions, we help customers reduce downtime, control costs, and keep operations running smoothly. As one of the 100 fastest-growing startups in the United States, and backed by $55M in Series B funding , we're leading this transformation. Join us and help shape the future of vehicle repair. About the Role: As a Staff Product Manager at ServiceUp, you'll own a core surface of the platform that keeps vehicles moving — the software repair shops, fleets, and Fleet Management Companies (FMCs) depend on to get work approved, scheduled, and completed. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you'll set the strategy for your area, define the roadmap, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and design to ship it, including the AI agents now embedded directly in each product area rather than sitting off to the side. You'll spend real time with the people who use what we build and translate messy operational reality into products that measurably reduce turnaround time and cost. We're looking for someone senior enough to operate without a playbook: you'll bring clarity to ambiguous problems, make sharp tradeoffs with incomplete data, raise the bar for product craft across the team, and influence far beyond your own scope without needing direct authority to do it. What You'll Do: - Define and own a cross-functional problem space or a foundational platform area whose quality shapes outcomes across multiple product surfaces. - Drive strategic alignment across product areas. Identify the decisions that unblock the most work and make them. - Synthesize signals from customer calls, data, support trends, and partner feedback across your entire scope, not just your immediate surface. - Prototype cross-cutting workflows and concepts yourself. The strategy is more credible when you have already tested it. - Identify leverage and share it. Build AI workflows, frameworks, and patterns that other PMs on the team can adopt. - Contribute to how the PM function operates, including how we run discovery, define quality, and measure success. - Prioritize ruthlessly. With a lean pod and a wide surface area, decide what comes first and why—and defend the sequence when business pressure pushes against it. - Mentor and stretch Junior PMs. Raise the floor of the function, not just your own output. What You'll Bring: - 10+ years in product management, with a clear record of operating across multiple product areas or owning a foundational platform. - Demonstrated ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, including revenue forecasting and P&L-level thinking. - Systems thinker. You see second-order effects and account for them before they become problems. - Able to hold strategy and execution at the same time. You do not hand off the details when the scope gets bigger. - Strong data instincts. You can pull your own analysis, define the right metrics, and spot when a number is telling the wrong story. - Experienced with AI tooling and actively finding new ways to scale your own coverage through it. AI Proficiency: - Generate artifacts that accelerate alignment. Leverage AI to draft PRDs, map user flows, validate product launch readiness, synthesize research and customer feedback, produce competitive analyses, and write release notes. - Prototype and iterate with AI coding tools. Build functional prototypes independently of design and engineering using tools like Cursor or Claude Code. - Stay current and apply it. Familiarity with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Figma AI, and MCP integrations is expected. Actively experiment and fold new capabilities into your workflow. Why You’ll Love Working Here: We live our values every day: Team First, Work Smart, Own It, Be Bold, Push Boundaries . If that sounds like you, you’ll fit right in What We Offer: - Competitive pay with equity - Medical, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible PTO and company holidays - Remote-friendly setup with home office support - Learning and development budget - Wellness stipend to support your health and well-being - Paid parental leave Benefits may vary by location and role. If you’re motivated by impact and aligned with our values, we want to hear from you. You don’t need to meet every single requirement — we care about your skills, drive, and how you work with a team. Service Up is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse, inclusive workplace where everyone can do their best work.
