Senior Product Manager
Must be in Central MN and have reasonable commute to St. Cloud, due to in-office requirements.
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $117,000 – $146,250per year. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.)

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Product Leadership & Ownership
- Leads the product team in defining and delivering core products, fixes, and enhancements throughout the product lifecycle, while facilitating development process workflow within the value stream area.
- Facilitates the creation and ongoing evolution of the product vision; develops the roadmap and builds alignment with internal and external partners.
- Defines success objectives, key results, and targets; ensures proper prioritization of product-related work; and provides regular updates on progress metrics.
- Manages constraints of time, resources, and budget within the product and roadmap.
- Coordinates cross-functional and cross-team deliverables; acts as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the organization.
Market, User, & Stakeholder Work
- Collaborates with stakeholders and users to determine product needs, opportunities, risks, and positioning, conducting market and user research.
- Leads communication and execution of new product and feature launches as well as product changes, roll outs, user impacts, training, documentation, and feedback loops.
AI-Native Product Practice
- Directs AI tools and workflows with judgment and intent, prompting, iterating on working output, and evaluating results with appropriate calibration.
- Designs and maintains context infrastructure, including system prompts, documentation frameworks, and project-level resources that make AI consistently useful across the team’s work.
- Embeds governed autonomy into AI workflows, designing compliance guardrails related to fair lending, regulatory requirements, explainability, and data privacy structurally into the work rather than as end-of-process review.
- Compresses product cycle time deliberately, optimizing for learning speed and throughput and treating every product artifact as a candidate for iteration and improvement.
- Calibrates trust in AI output by knowing what to verify, catching errors through understanding why they occur, and avoiding both over-reliance and unnecessary resistance.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or related certification(s) with a minimum of 8+ years of product management or closely related experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional delivery in a complex environment.
- Successful product team leadership experience with formal or informal reporting structures.
- Active, working fluency with AI tools, including prompting, iterating AI-generated output, and applying AI in day-to-day product management work.
- Experience operating and delivering results in environments with meaningful ambiguity in role definition, team structure, or product direction.
- Valid Driver's License, vehicle, and insurance.
Nice to have but not Required!
- 10+ years of related experience, including time in fintech, consumer finance, credit origination, indirect lending, financial services, or similar product environments.
- Experience redesigning workflows around AI tools and capabilities.
