Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements 12+ years of related experience Advanced craft across research, strategy, and analytics Fluency with prototyping, experimentation, and product metrics Demonstrated impact via experiments, metrics, and outcomes Strong storytelling and influence skills Desirable Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field Relevant certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Institute PMC, AIPMM CPM, SAFe PO/PM) and experience with analytics/experimentation tools Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
