We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Product Management to join our team. This role is located in Berwyn, PA . In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management by demonstrating expertise in market analysis and product strategy development. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and alignment with client expectations, leveraging strong communication and leadership skills. - Drive product innovation through continuous improvement initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance product offerings. - Manage and prioritize the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with BNY's strategic objectives and market opportunities. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. - Typically 5-10 years of experience. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to drive product innovation and market competitiveness. - Excellent leadership and communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Experience in Agile best practices - Financial Services experience specifically managed accounts - Experience using Eagle accounting system - Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
