You will own the platform product roadmap, ensuring both discretionary and non-discretionary network requirements are prioritized and executed accurately and on time. The Platform Product Owner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Regional Product Managers, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Client Services—to define requirements, oversee development and integration, and provide ongoing product support. As a Platform Product Manager in Merchant Services, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. Job responsibilities: Own and manage platform product strategy and roadmap and strategic investment delivery for our Debit portfolio. Prioritize and deliver network requirements, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk of over/under billing and penalties. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, oversee development, integration, and provide ongoing support for new payment method builds. Pursue mandate waivers and extensions to optimize delivery timelines and cost efficiency. Drive revenue growth and client acquisition through delivery of new capabilities and maximizing portfolio profitability. Maintain and update product collateral, and support client enablement through meetings, RFPs, and issue resolution. Monitor and report on product adoption, utilization, and financial metrics. Ensure audit and risk assessment readiness, compliance management, and support for product oversight and controls. Expand team processes to include new payment methods and platforms. Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and accountability within the team. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Experience in product management in payments or financial services. Strong understanding of global payment networks, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
