Requirements and Product Artifacts: Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, user experience mock-ups, release communications, and other artifacts needed to align delivery and business teams. Operational Ownership: Partner with production support and vendors to monitor service health, triage issues, communicate business impact, and prioritize corrective work. Help ensure a disciplined transition from delivery to sustainable support. Validation and Adoption: Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, gather feedback, validate outcomes, and support rollout readiness, training, and adoption activities. Measurement and Continuous Improvement: Define and use product, operational, and adoption metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting enterprise business systems in a complex, multi-stakeholder organization. - Experience with product analytics, service management, or application lifecycle management tools (Azure DevOps experience preferred). - Experience coordinating Tier 2 support activities and working across internal delivery teams and external vendors. - Other duties as assigned.
