Description

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and task dependencies.Conduct initial risk assessment and mitigation planning.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are executed according to the project plan.Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.Maintain regular communication with team members to provide updates and gather status reports.Collaborate with department managers to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.Ensure that resources are utilized efficiently to meet project goals.Assist in preparing project budgets and forecasts in conjunction with finance and accounting teams.Monitor project expenditures and track against budget allocations.Prepare and distribute project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and milestones achieved.Facilitate two-way effective communication between different teams and departments involved in the project.Maintain weekly communication with production, engineering, and sales departments, with updates to ensure proper adherence to established timelines and objectives.Assist in developing best practices goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.Track budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.Comply with the company’s ISO objectives, policies, & procedures.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
