THE JOB : As a Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight for hotel maintenance and engineering operations. You will manage all Engineering activities to ensure smooth operation of all systems and services required to meet/exceed Company Standards, provide outstanding guest service, and financial profitability. YOU: To be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector who provides guidance and direction to ensure overall departmental success. This role as Director of Engineering requires skills such as organization, detail orientation, a positive attitude, flexibility, and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations and property standards.
