Jr Project Engineering Manager

The role of a Jr. Project Engineering Manager (Jr. PEM) is to design, plan, execute and close projects according to ALPLA’s processes. Jr. PEMs are to manage projects ensuring that they are compliant with safety standards, meeting deadlines and are within budget. The PEMs are to define project objectives in accordance with Customer expectations and agreements. In addition, they are responsible for overseeing quality control throughout the life cycle of the project to insure they deliver a quality product to internal and external customers/ customers.
