SOFTWARE DEVELOPER INTERN

Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, iterate and maintain software applications on internal application — you’ll own meaningful parts of the product - Work closely with departments like Operations, Finance, and HR to understand their requirements and translate them into working software - Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning sessions, coding, stand-ups, and reviews - Learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies as needed - Participate in code reviews and technical discussions - Get hands-on exposure to how an enterprise IT department operates — infrastructure, security, support, and more Required Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field - Solid programming fundamentals — experience building applications in any language is welcome - Strong communication skills — you’ll be gathering requirements from non-technical stakeholders and need to bridge that gap effectively Desired Attributes - Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing your own time across multiple priorities - Experience fine-tuning or working with large language models (LLMs) - Understanding of context engineering for AI-driven applications - Experience with web/mobile app development, databases & SQL - Exposure to enterprise IT environments - Familiar with Github WHAT WE OFFER - Compatible Salary RPM xConstruction, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
