What You’ll Do: Design and build scalable components for a multi-tenant SaaS platform Own features end-to-end — from design and development to deployment and production support Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to solve real customer problems Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and elevate engineering standards Implement robust observability and monitoring across services What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years in Computer Science or a related field Proven experience owning full-stack features in a SaaS environment from concept to production Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high ownership and minimal bureaucracy Technology Stack: Languages: TypeScript, JavaScript (Node.js), Python, Java Frameworks: React, Spring Boot, Express, Flask APIs & Protocols: REST, GraphQL, gRPC, Protobuf, AsyncAPI Data Stores: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Ansible, Terraform / OpenTofu Observability: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Splunk, Dynatrace Source Control: Git (Monorepo with Turborepo or Nx) AI & Emerging Technologies: Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into production systems Familiarity with agentic frameworks or Model Context Protocol (MCP) Hands-on use of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity Thank you for your interest in SS&C!
